THAI OTAH FISH泰式乌达蒸鱼
Ingredients:
Dancing Chef Thai Seafood Sauce – 1 packet
Mackerel Fish (cut into cubes) – 500g
Coconut Milk – 70ml
Egg – 1
Water – 50ml
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Thai lemongrass leaves (thinly sliced) – 1 pc
Banana Leaves – 1 pc
Method:
1. Mix Dancing Chef Thai Seafood Sauce, coconut milk, egg and water in a big a bowl.
2. Add in fish cube and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Add corn flour and Thai lemongrass leaves. Mix well.
4. Place banana leaf in a baking tray. Pour the mixture and fish cubes on top of the banana leaf, fold in the sides and secure ends with toothpicks.
5. Steam or bake the fish over high heat in Turbo Microwave cum Oven for about 15 minutes till it is cooked. Serve hot.

佳味泰式海鲜酱 – 1包
马鲛鱼镬巴当鱼(切小块) – 500克
椰浆 – 70毫升
鸡蛋 – 1粒
清水 – 50毫升
生粉 – 1汤匙
泰国柠檬叶(切幼丝) – 1片
香蕉叶 – 1片
做法:
1. 将泰式海鲜酱,椰浆,鸡蛋 和清水放入碗里,搅拌均匀。
2. 加入鱼块拌匀,腌30分钟使鱼入味。
3. 加入生粉和柠檬叶一起拌匀。
4. 在烘盘上放一片香蕉叶,倒入预先腌制的鱼及酱料。
5. 用大火蒸或在家宝烤箱烘约15分钟至熟即可上菜。
